Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will my business or its employees be charged a membership fee?
A: No Events by TSC is a Free Service

Q: What if I forget my user name and/or password?
A: That's okay, just Contact Us and we will resend the information to you.

Q: How will I get my tickets, Mail or pick up?
A: All our tickets are mailed to you. Shipping is based on your choice of regular US or USPS Express mail. You select the shipping. Pick up or delivery must be arranged but not a typical method. Check before ordering.

Q: Do you guys ever make office "on Site" sales?
A: Yes! If your office Mgr. requests it we come on site and sell tickets for a designated time based on Management's direction. Then there is no mailing, no shipping fees, we come to you.

Q: Can I pay by credit card or is it cash only?
A: We accept all forms of payment, cash, credit or checks.

Q: Can I present ID to a theme park and buy my tickets at a discount price there?
A: No, your ID will not get you a discount at the theme parks or theatres. This is a presale discount offered to your company by the theme park or attraction only.

Q: Can I "will call" my tickets?
A: No, that is a service not offered by the parks or theatres all tickets should be ordered and presented by you.

Q: What if I lost my ticket?
A: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, But contact us immediately and we can see about tracking your order and doing whatever we can on our end.

Q: What if I change my mind and don't want to go after all can I return my ticket or exchange it?
A: Unfortunately all sales are FINAL. Parks will not take back the ticket. If you choose to you may contact the park directly and speak to their "guest relations" department to try and work out a solution.

Q: Are my tickets good if I travel out of State to another theme park or theatre?
A: Theme park tickets are specific to the purchase (i.e. Sea World San Diego must be used in San Diego; Disneyland California must be used in California.) However, movie passes are good wherever that theatre exists within the U.S.

Q: Do my tickets have an expiration date?
A: Some tickets will have a printed expiration date. If none is printed then the ticket has no expiration date.
